My Journey

Before I started this beautiful journey, I felt that something was missing in me – like a void, and still after graduating couple of times, I felt the same. I have an intimate relationship with God and I asked Him for guidance and He led me to New Insights Life Coaching. It really energises me to help others thrive and be all that they desire to be, as there’s plenty for all of us. I have always loved encouraging others to be the best.

My Story

I started this life coaching journey in 2012 as a student and completed my studies in 2014. I am currently working as a Senior Dealer in one of the big 4 banks and coaching part time. I am an author of “TODAY I choose to respect him” and I do inspirational talks with young adult, women and also couple seminars. I am part of the coaching community in my current organization, and also do 20min Monday inspirational talk in community radio station.

I am a wife and mother of two boys, I love running, reading and spending quality time with family. I believe in living a balanced life, with God as my anchor, I am able to do all things. I believe that you are able to achieve your deepest heart desires and I will hold you accountable to reach your heart desires.

I offer the benefits of the structured and practical 15 session programme, meeting online every fortnight (i.e. 8 months programme). The client is coached through a step-by-step programme and knows right from the onset what to expect from each coaching session. The content is enriching, inspiring and focuses, not only on achieving practical goals and milestones, but also on the client’s personal development, personal leadership and personal transformation.

My Coaching Hours

I coach after working hours, preferably between 5pm and 6:30pm on weekdays. If required, special  arrangements can be made for coaching on Saturdays.
