I am blessed to be a wife and mother of a beautiful family. For over two decades I have dedicated my life to educating, inspiring and empowering people of all ages and stages.

My passion is to nurture my clients, help them grow and succeed with a healthy and positive self-esteem. When mentoring and lecturing, I aim to explore and uncover a fresh and renewed perspective to life through the lens of mysticism and spirituality.

As a wife and mother of a large family, I understand the challenges that life can bring. Juggling responsibilities can sometimes be overwhelming, which can lead to losing focus and ‘dropping balls’ at home or at work.

Through coaching, with a specific focus on reaching a set goal, I aim to help my clients expose their inner-strength and personal life-compass. Accomplishing this will lead to a more focused and mindful lifestyle, ultimately leading to better performance at work and at home. These sessions can be done one-on-one or in a group setting.
