My Purpose in Coaching

My journey as a coach has opened my eyes to the unbelievable complexity that we human beings are. What we normally see of others as we interact with them is generally not at all what is happening behind the scenes, making up hidden complexity which causes a lot of stress, unhappiness and “stuck”-ness. Hence, my purpose in coaching is to help you figure out what to do to become the best version of yourself and then to help you do exactly that.

About Me

I love nature, reading and learning. I am interested in health and the factors that impact our health positively and negatively. I like to keep fit and make (almost) every effort to eat healthily. I love playing Wordle. My favorite books and movies are about crime investigations. I absolutely love efficiency. Waste in any form is always a place for improvement. I truly believe that there is always a way for things to work out – sometimes is just takes a bit longer to figure it out or to understand the situation.

I studied BSc: Computer Science after leaving school and evolved my career in the usual IT roles of Developer, Business Analyst and Test Analyst until I found my niche in Project Management.

About My Practice

I find great alignment between my job and coaching. My greatest joy is to share with you the a-ha moments of discovery, as you figure out your ‘why’ as well as the ‘what’ that will lead you to realize your true potential. Step by step dealing with obstructions such as disempowering rules and beliefs that don’t serve you. Always encouraging you to challenging yourself to become more as you experience success.

I call my coaching business URProfitable – you are profit-able – because I believe that anyone has the ability to be more than they are at any moment in time. It is as simple (and as difficult) to be open to learning about yourself and to believe in yourself.

Besides offering transformational and transactional coaching for individuals, I present a workshop that is suitable for small groups and can be attended over 2 full days or 2 hours a week for a month. The URProfitable Coaching life-wheel exercise has been customized to create a rainbow visualization of the state of the client’s life areas. It is one of the most exciting parts of my coaching program.
