My Coaching Philosphy

I coach clients from all walks of life, from stay-at-home moms to entrepreneurs.

I do not believe in coaching the problem, I coach the person, because at the end of the day it is the person who has to deal with the problems.

Whether you are a busy executive trying to get a project completed on deadline while trying to balance your family life, or whether you are a mom who wants to give your children the best start in life without losing yourself in the process – underneath all these issues, is a person who has to interact with the world.

I want each and every person I coach to know what it feels like to tap into their unique potential and face the challenges of life head on, with the confidence to know that not only can they cope, but they will succeed.

If you choose to be coached by me it will be my personal challenge to work with you so that you can be everything that you want to be. I believe that is my life purpose.

More About Me

At 17, everybody was telling me that I had ruined my life. I was pregnant, hadn’t completed my schooling and didn’t have the foggiest idea what I was going to do with myself, except that I needed to prove everybody wrong.

By 22 I owned my own car and house and by 24 I was dealing with top executives and general management of an international corporation. Within 8 months, I was head-hunted by an international software company and you would think that I would have been ecstatically happy. BUT, something was missing and so I gave it all up and began a lifetime journey to find the secret of happiness and the meaning of life.

After that, my life resembled something like a roller-coaster ride. I had some spectacular failures and became an expert at picking myself up, dusting off my knees and starting from scratch again. All through this I was finding out more about myself and what I REALLY wanted from life.

After years of personal development courses and workshops, Life Coaching finally showed me how to find the answers to the questions that I had been asking myself all these years. I was finally able to start creating the kind of life that is fulfilling and satisfying to me. In fact, it was such a powerful experience, that I knew immediately that this was the way I want to make an impact on other people’s lives.

I chose to become certified as a Life Coach with New Insights Africa, because the coaching methodology which they teach is so practical and works for everyday people with everyday lives.
